Whimsy Neon designs and sells custom and pre-designed LED neon signs, wall art, and related accessories, operated from 511 W Main St, Weimar, TX 78962. Any new features or tools added to the current site are also subject to these Terms of Service.
All orders placed through this site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been captured, you'll receive a full refund.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are tax-free at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on the site at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.
When you submit custom text, wording, or personalization details for a made-to-order sign, you are responsible for reviewing that information for accuracy before completing your purchase. Whimsy Neon is not liable for errors in spelling, wording, or formatting that were approved by the customer prior to production.
All content on this site — including designs, photography, logos, and written copy — is the property of Whimsy Neon and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Our LED neon signs are intended for indoor decorative use unless explicitly listed as weatherproof or outdoor-rated. Always follow the included setup instructions, use the provided power adapter, and avoid exposing non-weatherproof signs to moisture.
Whimsy Neon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
