Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your LED neon sign. This policy explains your return window, what's eligible, and how refunds are processed.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most pre-designed, ready-to-ship items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom text signs, personalized pet portraits, and made-to-order designs are built specifically for you, they are final sale except in the following cases:

  • The sign arrives with a manufacturing defect (dead LED segment, flickering, or faulty wiring).
  • The sign was damaged during shipping.
  • The custom text, size, or color does not match what you approved at checkout.

In these cases, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@whimsyneon.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and send a prepaid return label for approved returns.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box, including all accessories and mounting hardware.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sign arrives damaged or stops working within the first 90 days under normal indoor use, we'll replace it at no cost. Photos of the issue help us process your claim faster — email them along with your order number to info@whimsyneon.com.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it can take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance items marked "final sale," and used or installed accessories (power adapters, controllers) showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
